Beverage Service

If you would like a tended bar offering alcoholic beverages, there is a minimum set-up charge of $100.00. You have several service choices:

 Cash Bar or Open Bar
With a Cash Bar, your guests pay by the drink when they are served.  (All drink prices are listed below.)  With an Open Bar your guests served drinks at no charge to them. Open bar pricing is below. 

 Wine and Beer Bar
We provide a selection of popular, high quality domestic and imported wines and beers, as well as non-alcoholic beverages to your guests.  If you inform us in advance we will honor requests for particular brands.

 Full Service Bar
In addition to the offerings in the Wine and Beer Bar described above, we provide a variety of "Top Shelf" bottled liquors for cocktail service.

 Wine with dinner
If you wish to have wine for your guests at a seated meal, we offer a variety of bottled wines which can be placed on the tables or butler serviced.  Champagne toasts, a pre-poured glass passed to guests or pre-set at the tables can be requested.

All wines per glass $5.00
Wine/Champagne Service (per bottle) $21.00
Champagne toast $4.00
All Beers per bottle $4.00
All Cocktails and mixed Drinks $6.00
Two liquor drinks $7.00
Soft drinks, bottled waters, coffee $2.00
Open bar for the social hour $12.00
Open bar for 4 hours including the Social Hour $20.00

Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Service Policies:

We are required by law to abide by specific practices to ensure safe alcoholic consumption.  All guests must be 21 years of age to be served alcoholic beverages.  Our bartenders will ask for valid proof of age.  Guest may not buy drinks for under aged persons.  Guest requests for "Shots" or "Doubles" will not be honored by our bartenders.  Drinking games or contests will not be allowed.  Our bartenders will not serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who is obviously already intoxicated.  We want everyone to enjoy the event safely, and thank you for understanding.
